Shipping
Once you have checked out you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you can't find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Once you have made payment in full and have sent the proof of payment to orders@slimlife.biz, we will send you an email to confirm the shipping details and tracking number also by email. You will receive your order 2 to 4 days from when your payment reflects in our bank account.
Payment information
Our banking details will be communicated to you via email once you have placed an order and paid for it. Payment in full is required for us to ship your order.
Returns and refund policy
Slim Life products are lifestyle supplements so we cannot refund or accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 5 business days of your order via email our Contact Us page and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Remember to include your order number in the email.
Can I make a change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Changes and cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed and an order confirmation screen is displayed.
